PURCHASING MANAGER
- Graduate of Business Administration/Management or any relevant course
- At least 7 years extensive experience in purchasing, 3 years of which are in managerial capacity
- With experience in centralized, large-scale, diversified purchasing operations including specification development, competitive bids, budget development and monitoring.
TRAINING & ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
- Successful candidates will be the focal person for all in-house trainings so it's important that he is strong on the ff areas: Knowledge and experience on the Training process - TNA, module/course design, facilitation/presentation & evaluation.
- Graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Science is a must.
- Preferably not over 35 years old and has experience in the same role.
- She/he must possess strong English skills both oral and written.
- Resourceful, creative and independent minded.
- Positive interpersonal skills and well-rounded personality that can adapt to any environment and work changes.
- Male or Female, 31-40 years old.
TRAINING & ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST
- Successful candidates will help the Manager and Supervisor for all in-house training so it's important that he/she is strong on the ff areas: Knowledge and experience on the Training process - TNA, module/course design, facilitation/presentation & evaluation.
- Preferably not over 35 years old and has experience in the same role.
- She/he must possess strong English skills both oral and written.
- Resourceful, creative and independent minded.
- Positive interpersonal skills and well-rounded personality that can adapt to any environment and work changes.
- Male or Female, 25-35 years old
LEGAL ASSISTANT
- Male or Female, 25-35 years old.
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Legal Studies, under Bar or Law undergraduate
- Knowledgeable with and demonstrate understanding of existing laws, legal systems and policies of the Philippines
- Must possess research, technical writing and analytical skills
- Relevant experience in legal research and analysis
- Must be able to comprehend, follow, and clearly convey instructions to others, Ability to easily relate and effectively interface well with all levels of employees, while maintaining confidentiality.
- Possesses excellent written and oral communication, negotiation, personal relations and presentation skills.
- Proficient with computer programs and written correspondence.
- Highly reliable and resourceful.
- Highly analytical, results-oriented, organized and trainable.
- Keen on details.
- Must have ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, manage time effectively under minimal supervision.
- Must be flexible and willing to work during extended work hours
- Has driver’s license.
RECRUITMENT SUPERVISOR
- Responsible for all recruitment activities; strategic sourcing, placement, and workforce planning and establishment of recruitment data in accordance to recruitment policy of the company.
- Preferable graduate of Psychology or Behavioral Science.
- At least 4 years experience in recruitment work gained from executive search firm, property management or retail environment.
- Proficient in both oral and written communications.
- Has excellent interviewing and profiling skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Good interpersonal skills, highly Organized.
- Matured and can deal with different in the organization.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS OFFICER
- College Degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Human Resource Management or any equivalent course.
- With at least 3 years experience in various HR functions especially Compensation and Benefits preferably from automotive industry.
- Knowledgeable in labor laws and government mandated benefits.
- Proficient in the use of various Microsoft Office applications.Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Exudes positive attitude all the time, works well under pressure
- Shows high degree of creative problem-solving skills and people-handling skills
- Meticulous, good with figures and possess strong analytical skills
- High integrity, results and service-oriented, team player, and honest.
