Autohub Club Card Guidelines

1. Autohub Club Card holders will enjoy discounts and privileges in all Autohub dealerships.

2. All Autohub dealers will honor the Autohub Club Card and its bearer. The customer can only register a maximum of 5 units (Autohub & non-Autohub combined) for one card. Succeeding 5 units (Autohub & non-Autohub combined) shall be registered a new card under the same cardholder. The customer may have the option to endorse immediate family member to register as new cardholder.

3. The dealership shall not honor one unit for 2 different cardholders.

4. Discounts will only be applied to Cash Transactions.

5. The Autohub Club Card shall be automatically rewarded to client who buys a brand new or pre-owned unit in any of the Autohub dealerships.

6. The membership form must be completely signed and should include complete names of immediate family for single members and  names of spouse and children and Plate #, Make/Model of the car for married members.

7. As per requirement for individual membership, customer should submit photocopy of OR / CR.

For fleet accounts named under the company/car plan, the end-user assigned to the car can avail of the Autohub Club card. 

8. Existing clients may also avail of the FREE card if they have their vehicle/s serviced and/or purchased parts and/or accessories/insurance and warranty and/or availed of LPG conversion and car rental and leasing services in any of the Autohub dealerships with accumulated transaction receipts amounting to Php30,000 (Valid for accumulated receipts in the last 12 months from July 2009 to June 2010)

9. The Autohub Club Card will start taking effect on July 15, 2009.  The card expires one (1) year after date of issuance indicated in the card.

10. The Autohub Club Card is renewable. Renewal processing starts a day after the expiry date indicated in the card.

a. Renewal is Free for those with complete service record.

b. Renewal is Free for those who have accumulated Php30,000 worth of Service/Parts/Accessories/ Body and Paint/ Insurance/ Extended Warranty in the last 12 months from January 2010 - December 2010.

c. Renewal is FREE for those who will refer 3 new customers from the date of membership to December 31, 2010.

11. Autohub Club Card is issued 1 month upon receipt of approval form.

MECHANICS


1. SALES: To get the card, clients must fill out his personal information in the AUTOHUB CLUB CARD FORMS completely. Three copies should be furnished; 1 for Autohub Marketing, 1 for the dealership Marketing and 1 for the Sales Administrator.

SERVICE: Prior to approval, DCRC should review service history of the customer. (Kindly refer to guideline #8)

2. Client can only register maximum of 5 units (combined Autohub & non- Autohub brands) in one card.

3. For Autohub & non-Autohub brands, Plate #, Make & Model of the car must be indicated.

4. SC must check the signed form before endorsing to SM/GSM for final signature.

5. The dealership must submit all signed card forms to Autohub Marketing for encoding, printing and monitoring.

6. The client must sign the AUTOHUB CLUB CARD FORM with the Sales Administrator upon receiving the card.

7. The member may start enjoying the benefits on his second visit/service schedule.
