This Customer Data Privacy Notice aims to inform you about how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (DPA), and its implementing rules and regulations. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect your personal information when you interact with Autohub Group, including through our websites, dealerships, social media pages, messaging platforms, and other channels. In all instances, we assure you that processing your personal data will strictly follow the provisions of the DPA, especially the general data privacy principles of Transparency, Legitimate Purpose, and Proportionality. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our processing activities, services, or applicable data privacy requirements. Personal Information Collected and Manner of Collection We collect, either manually or through electronic means, various personal information necessary to provide our sales and services and meet our contractual obligations with you. Information collected through these channels may include your platform user ID, display name, message content, timestamps, and any information you voluntarily share during the conversation. ## 2. While your consent may be solicited to process your personal data, we may also process personal data without your consent when processing is allowed under Section 12 or Section 13 of the DPA. ## 3. Data Sharing and Disclosure We may share your personal information with Autohub Group, trusted third-party service providers, business partners, subsidiaries, and affiliates for the purposes mentioned above or when disclosure is allowed under Section 12 or 13 of the DPA. These parties are contractually obligated to maintain the confidentiality and security of your information and can only use it in accordance with our instructions. To provide automated messaging services, we may use service providers, including OpenAI, to process message content on our behalf and under our instructions. We do not sell or transfer your personal information to these providers for their independent use. ## 4. Automated Processing When you interact with our messaging assistants, your inquiries are processed using artificial intelligence to provide relevant information about our products and services. No binding decisions affecting your rights are made solely through automated processing. You may request human assistance at any time during a conversation. ## 5. Storage, Retention and Disposal Your personal information is securely stored in our filing or database systems, computers, and servers, within a controlled and secure environment. We may also utilize cloud-based third-party data storage providers to store your personal information. We will retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, and as required by applicable laws and regulations. We generally do not store this information for a period longer than ten years after the stated purposes have been fulfilled; after which, the information will be disposed of in accordance with the relevant data privacy laws, regulations and company guidelines. Physical records shall be disposed of through shredding, while digital files shall be anonymized. In all instances, our manner of disposal shall ensure that personal information can no longer be retrieved, processed, or accessed by unauthorized persons. ## 6. However, this does not guarantee absolute protection against certain risks involving the processing of personal data, such as when systems are exposed to targeted cyberattacks, malware, ransomware, and computer viruses or when manual records are accessed without authority.
