Autohub Group respects your privacy. You may ask us to delete or block personal data that Autohub Group collected from you through our websites, dealerships, Facebook Messenger, other social media pages, messaging platforms, or related customer channels.

This page explains how to submit a request. It does not delete your Facebook, Instagram, or other Meta account. To manage or delete an account controlled by Meta, use the settings and help options provided by Meta.

How to request deletion

Send an email to [email protected].
Use the subject line “Data Deletion Request.”
Include enough information for us to locate the relevant records: your full name; the email address and phone number you used with Autohub Group; your Facebook Messenger display name and profile link or platform user ID, if available; the brand or dealership involved; the approximate date of your interaction; and a short description of the data or service covered by your request.
Complete identity verification. To protect your information, we may ask for additional details reasonably needed to match the records and verify that the request is yours. Do not send passwords, PINs, full payment card numbers, or account passwords.
Wait for our written response. We will confirm the action taken or explain any personal data that must be retained and the lawful reason for retaining it.

What happens next

We will review the request, verify the requester’s identity, and identify the records connected to the information provided.
When the request is approved, we will delete or block the personal data covered by the request and take reasonable steps regarding service providers that process the data on our behalf, as applicable.
We will inform you of the outcome within the period required by applicable law.
A request may be denied in whole or in part when the personal data is still needed to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, comply with a legal obligation, establish or defend a legal claim, support a legitimate business purpose consistent with applicable retention standards, or meet another basis allowed by law.

What the request covers

The request covers personal data held by Autohub Group that can be matched to the identifiers you provide. It does not delete data or content controlled only by Meta or another third party. Please contact that third party directly or use its account settings for those requests.
